Construct a method of securing the perimeter of the prison in order to prevent escapes. Create an Infirmary to heal injured prisoners and staff. Build a yard and/or common room to allow your prisoners to pass the time. Build a shower so that the prisoners can satisfy their need to be clean. Remember to hire at least a few cooks to prepare food. Build a canteen and kitchen to provide food service to the prisoners. Create a holding cell, which can house large numbers of prisoners in a single room, and is cheaper than building individual cells right away.
